We strive to provide our customers with the best product and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day replacement or refund (counting from the date you receive your product) policy to ensure your peace of mind. With no questions asked.

1 YEAR WARRANTY ON PANEER-PLUS STAND AND CLOTHS

We stand by the quality of paneer-plus. Any breakage or manufacturing defect of the paneer-plus stand, we fully replace within 1 year of purchase.

We also stand by the exceptional quality of the paneer-plus cloth. Any breakage or tearing of the cloth, we replace with a new item within 1 year of purchase. However, normal usage issues such as discoloration of the cloth from usage is not a valid replacement.

In case of replacement within the warranty period, the original piece need to first be couriered to our office, at the buyers expense. We are not facilitating a pickup for replacements. along with your contact details and description what is the issue. We will send a free replacement upon inspection of original item received within 7 days. Courier to:

REFUND POLICY

Should you feel that sprout-me jar is not living up to your expectation, you may email us at support@paneerplus.com, or send us a WhatsApp message on 86556 28620 within 7 days of receipt of the product and as a policy we will fully refund the cost of your purchase once your product is picked up by us in its original packing, and received back by us.  

The cost of the reverse pickup is borne by us. And we are not deducting fees from your original purchase amount to be refunded.

We are very confident about customer satisfaction on our product, and believe that you will really benefit from using it. But the refund policy is offered to all our customers with no questions asked. 

Refund will be made from our side to your original mode of payment, within 48 hours of us picking up the product and original packaging back from you.

EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacements are only eligible for items received within 7 days and are defective due to manufacturing, transport or damaged when received by you. 

To replace your item, please send us an email at support@paneerplus.com  or a WhatsApp message on 86556 28620, within7 days of product delivery. And we will immediately send you replacement free of cost and make it right! Provided the damaged product is returned to us through reverse pickup organized by us. All costs for re-sending a replacement item and picking up the defective piece is borne by us. You as a customer do not pay for transport or any incidental costs within this 7 day time frame.

Eligibility:

The 7-day replacement policy is applicable from the date of delivery.

The product is broken in delivery.

Replacement Timeframes:

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on
your location and the shipping method used. We will make every effort to
process your exchange and send out the replacement item as quickly as possible, normally you will receive your replacement within 5 days of contacting us.
